2. Use of Service

Zenthari Vault provides access to AI-generated stock content including videos, images, music, and sound. You may browse, preview, and download items in accordance with your selected plan or licence. You agree not to misuse, resell, or redistribute our assets beyond the terms of your licence.

3. Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.

4. Licensing

Each asset downloaded through Zenthari Vault is covered by a commercial licence allowing use in client and personal projects, provided the content is not resold or redistributed as stock media. Lifetime vault purchases are perpetual for the purchased vault only.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; yearly plans renew every 12 months. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All assets, text, and visuals on Zenthari Vault remain the property of Zenthari Ltd or its licensors. Users are granted a limited licence to use content in accordance with their plan.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zenthari Vault is provided “as is”. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from use of the site, downtime, or misuse of content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
